"Our rental cancelled at the last moment and we were able to rent this property very quickly. We were in town for our 50th HS Reunion. The hosts communicated immediately which was a great relief. The house is spacious and we enjoyed sitting in the backyard under the mature fruit trees listening to the birds. Thanks again for saving our reunion weekend"

"I was bringing my daughter for the LA colleges tour and we used this property for a week as the base of operations. This is a very basic place with the beds in two bedrooms, separate bathrooms, living area/TV which we didn’t use and a kitchen/dining area where you can have your quick breakfast and head on or late dinner and get to sleep. And as such it was exactly what we needed. The place is actually quiet at the night so you will have a good sleep without hearing neighbors behind the wall like...

"Overall, the place was as described and the host was very responsive. The place was very spacious and had sufficient amenities. It could have been cleaner as it was a bit dusty and the bathroom tiles were not cleaned properly and had mold in it."

"The living/kitchen area was the right size for our family to relax in, watch TV and play board games. The bedrooms each had their own TV's and bathrooms, which worked well for two adults and two children, especially the two queen sized beds in one of the bedrooms. The location was great and there was no outside traffic noise. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful."

Additionally, the proximity to the metro station made getting around a breeze. Before booking, we were a bit hesitant due to some reviews we had read. "We loved our stay! We were able to walk to all the restaurants nearby. We attended an event at the rose bowl and we’re able to walk nearby to the shuttle. The place was very clean and super spacious. Highly recommend."

"Stayed here with family and an infant. Was a lovely subsection on their home that was closed off from the main house where I assume the owners live. In a very nice quiet neighborhood and was fairly close to many things in the foothills of LA county. Would stay here again if we every come back down to visit family again."
