-Close and lock all windows -Please leave HVAC off. If you have closed any AC vent, please open them back up. -Would you please let me know what time you plan on checking out?

Great Place to stay

The apartment was as described and filled with everything one could need. It is secure with entry control and it has gated parking! It's quiet too. I will stay here for my next trip to LA in April if it is available... Rita was an excellent communicator and very flexible with my emergency request for an additional nights stay.

Excellent base for LA area exploration

Well provisioned, comfortable and in a great location for LA sightseeing. Easy walk to restaurants and the Alhambra Farmers market. Host is very responsive but not much is needed because the condo has everything.

Great apartment in a very good location

We really enjoyed the condo. The kitchen was very well equipped. Pretty much everything you need to cook meals. It was very, very clean. One of the cleanest rentals I've ever stayed in. It was also in a very good location, close to a lot of restaurants and bars on main Street and Central to most parts of La. It was also extremely quiet. We would not hesitate to stay here again

Great location with a lovely host!

Rita was very prompt in communication! The location is great and not too far from the Pasadena Convention center for Lightbox Expo during our stay. The condo is very clean and presentable, and the check-in process was smooth! The only downside is that the guest parking is tight, but other than that, I recommend this property for anyone to stay in!

A Wonderful Stay

Rita's place is a wonderful home away from home. It is quiet, clean, and has all the amenities you need. Parking is secure and the neighborhood is safe. There are many restaurants and stores within a 1-3 block walk. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Outstanding in every way

We’ve stayed at this property 4 times. It’s a great condo and really safe, fun neighborhood convenient to many other parts of LA. The owner Rita is incredibly responsive. The condo is well equipped and comfortable with indoor parking and a quick elevator. We’re already booked for our next stay.

Wedding Anniversary

My wife and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary, and the experience we had staying at this location was wonderful. The property is clean and quiet and in walking distance to a variety of restaurants and things to do. It’s definitely a place that we would stay again. Great place to stay near our LA family

Very nice and secure building and parking near many restaurants and shops in Alhambra. Our LA family lives within walking distance so it was a perfect location for our visit. Rita is a great communicator and it made our stay even better. We would definately stay there again.
