"It was a clean comfortable room at a good price. Parking was free, which is uncommon in that area. The gate is closed when you drive up, but it will open for you when you get close. This is not a resort, just a clean comfortable room at a good price"

"There are TWO kinds of rooms at this hotel. Some are new and some are very old, run down. However, despite the graffiti on the wall and old furniture etc, everything was physically clean. All the equipment worked and the staff was pleasant to deal with. Yes it’s an old run down hotel, but renovations are clearly being made and it’s in a very safe area. Not the best, but if you’re passing through the area and must lay your head for a night or two, it’ll do. "

"Soda and water machine not in good working condition, food store at lobby not accessible. If you need water or snacks you would have to drive three blocks to the nearest store. pool area not working, building is a bit run down but good for the price. Area is safe. Rooms are clean. Staff is attentive and available. ‘Deluxe’ rooms face Colorado Blvd so they are an excellent option during Rose Parade"

"We were here for one night...for in late and left early...Room was a decent size... Is carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed and was frayed a long the edges. Other than that our stay was fine. "

"Beautiful and safe neighborhood. Property was immaculate. Gorgeous decor. We stayed for a festival at the Rose Bowl and ended up walking everywhere from this home base. Some fairly long but pleasant walks. Area is very pretty and quiet. Kitchen well equipped. Only thing not there was hot tub/spa/whirlpool in the listing although it wasn’t a huge deal. There is a lovely claw foot tub in the bathroom, that is more set up for showers than baths. It was lovely and I’d stay again!"

Close to village enjoyed the nice weather and walking to the village. Very nice sized dinning room area for a family dinner. Beautiful views out the window."

"Everything was fine in the beginning until it rained which was when the ceiling began leaking water and puddles causing flooding from water seeping in from under the floor boards which caused a slip and fall injuring my ankle and ruining some personal items like shoes and clothing from water damage and loss of sleep and comfort and fear or safety hazards. I informed the hosts which they responded they would have management contact me but I never received any response or communications or...
