"Nice place for a weekend Prescott event."

"This place was very clean and well maintained. The couch was comfortable with two reclining seats. The beds were also very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. There were a lot of nice extras as well. A variety of cold drinks in Frig and a selection of snacks! This place is in a great location close to everything, on a quiet street. Our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place. I look forward to staying here again!"

"This was our first stay in Jerome and we absolutely loved this house. The history of the house alongside all the antiques was like stepping back in time. Walking into town was 5 min and super convenient. The view is the best in town and it’s very private and peaceful. The road to the house is gravel and bumpy not great for low rise cars but easy. Highly recommend"

"Three couples stayed in this beautiful home and enjoyed Prescott. The view was awesome, and the different venues on the property offered full access of the views. This property enhanced our Prescott stay! The only downside was that there were only 2 and 1/2 baths, but workable."

"This is a cute home on a tree-filled hill top. It was clean, comfortable and the host was super friendly. All of the neighbors were very nice and welcoming as well. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable. The fenced yard made it easy to travel with our two dogs. "We stayed here with four adults for a long weekend to visit Cottonwood & Jerome. The host made the check in very easy and the same for the check out. We had a question during our stay and the host was very quick to assist and answer. This home is a great size, VERY clean and it has everything you need to be comfortable. The living room area was great for relaxing and watching movie's after a day out. This is a great location, only a few minute drive into Cottonwood for all of the restaurants...
