"Beautiful home. Great location. Walking distance to the lake and golf course. Nice quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately the golf cart was down during our stay but there was plenty of other things to do. Only downfall was the trash can was never emptied so there was a smell at first. We would definitely stay here again such a nice house."

"Everything about the property was great! What we hoped for was a clean place to rest. What we got was that PLUS lots of fun for everyone in our group. The arcade and theatre setup were a hit for the adults and the toddlers loved the grass yard and the play room and bunk beds. The quick drive to Bearizona, the Canyon Coaster, ice cream and pizza as well as the rodeo grounds made for a great trip!"

"This property is FANTASTIC! My 2 friends, boyfriend, and I came to have a weekend get away. We took the train to the grand caynon. The location was convent to get to Williams. The house was so much fun having the pool l table, air hockey table, pac man machine, and basketball hoop kept us entertained! The kitchen was great to cook in! "This was our first stay at a Vrbo rental, 1st trip to Williams, AZ and first trip to Grand Canyon. The hosts were wonderful with their communication with all of our questions. Their bunkhouse is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you would need. Williams is a fun little town with a lot to offer. It’s on Route 66 so fun quaint shops. "We enjoyed our stay. I was a bit aurprised it was an rv park rather than glamping but we had an rv at the end of the line which helped with having a better view. And it was excellent for us having dogs. Stay was exceptional and we wpuld definitely stay again."

"Great house in a quiet neighborhood, everything as described. Property management team was easy to work with and did not overwhelm with onerous rules. One minor issue we had with the dishwasher was dealt with promptly. Location is a few minutes from downtown Williams. We (family of 6 + 2 grandparents) used it as a jumping off point for visiting a range of interesting points in the region. Would highly recommend."
