Food cleanliness is very important and in my nation this would have had the restaurant condemned until pest removal had been successful. As a transplant recipient food safety is a major concern and this is not acceptable in a 5 star. "

"Housekeeping needs to improve, first night housekeeping service was not good. Found hair on the basin, hair dryer left on the basin too. Clothings left on the bed unattended. Clubs lounge food should change for different meal period, the same noodles n dim sum throughout the day. "
