"Absolutely wonderful staff/team. They are very polite and work quite hard. However, the property is aging, with worn out details in the room and less-than-thoughtful design for room doors slamming late at night from returning guests. Superb location however, in the heart of Bangkok’s shopping playground, with many malls and shopping centers nearby and can be reached in a short walk. "

Plenty of dining options within walking distance. 7-11 at the lobby is a plus for late night snacking. The shower water temperature is very consistent and we love it. "
