We arrived by coach from Bristol but found the signage from the coach drop off point for finding the entrance to the hotel lacking and when we eventually found our way both passenger lifts were out of order. "Hotel is in an ideal location, we used the swimming pool which was good fun with our 1yr old. The staff were amazing when our child was suddenly sick in the night. Their staff cleaned our whole room, changed beds and gave extra towels and sheets; they were so helpful we appreciated it. Breakfast is really nice too and easy to help yourself "
