"I don't regret it, the place is incredible. I thought long before booking because of the negative comments. I want to clarify something, yes you are right that it is very far from everything but if you are looking for peace and relaxation you will not regret it, it is the perfect place.Second, they say that you use a dirt road and that is also correct. Maybe it is a 10-minute road, but it is not a problem if you drive carefully, you will not have any problems getting there. The staff's attention is phenomenal, the food is excellent and the cost is reasonable. Another point that the comments point out is that there is no cell phone signal and it is also correct.They have internet there and I'm not lying, some days it was very complicated to have communication from my room, but another day I spent it in the pool and in that area I never had a problem getting a signal.I repeat, if you want to rest and get away from the noise, it is a place with an incredible view and excellent for disconnecting from the world. I will not hesitate to return. One last thing, Mr. Alberto is a wonderful person.

"I travel with my 97 year old dad and special needs adult sister. Being safe, cleanliness and taken care of are priorities of mine. All that and more is what we experienced at this hotel. I would not recommend following the directions on Maps. There was a much easier way to get there and i am glad the guy at Alamo suggested a better route. Super easy to find it. The staff, location and safety were perfect. Very peaceful! I plan on extending our stay here by a couple more days."
