"The place is very ran down. The staff is very rude, specially Olivia and sonele. They screamed at me because they made a mistake on their end regarding the breakfast. The food tastes worse than hospital or school food. No hospitality at all. The beds and pillows were the level of a hostel. The bathroom had no soap. "Honestly we were a bit concerned reading some of the reviews before our trip but our stay was fine! Reception staff friendly, check in and out process easy. The room was clean and tidied daily, breakfast was good. Nice balcony views. Sauna not working during our stay but other spa facilities were fine. No boot dryers in the ski lockers which would be a good thing to improve on."

"This hotel is convenient, clean, has good food and is welcoming. The village of Aime is pretty and with excellent access to the close by skiing and walking in the summer. Have stayed here several times."

"Good quality apartments. Bit limited in Aime 2000 itself, with one small supermarket and a few bars/restaurants although what's there is good. The location is decent and ski in/out on a blue piste. "
