"Excellent, stylish communal areas and position right next to the piste. Our room was slightly small and slightly dated but we were there for skiing so hardly spent time in the room. Would return no problem. "

"Well maintained property with all the basic amenities taken care of. It's well located, within walking distance of the Bella Plagne center with all dinning and shopping options. ESF Skii school is also 5 mns walk and it helped us get private classes for our child. The reception helped us with cab details as we arrived post check in hours with no shuttle service. I only wish we were communicated well on the exact property details as we wasted 1 hour trying to find the room details in Le Quartz...

"Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. "Recently renovated clean comfortable rooms. Ski in/out access (button lift within 50m) to slopes. Well heated boot/ski lockers. Check in/out good be better. Expectation to clean, strip beds etc more in keeping with a 2 star than 4 star property. Additional end of stay cleaning expensive. Regular visitor to les Arcs. First time in 2000. A bit Cheaper than equivalent in Arcs 1950 but definitely a step down in quality, service and facilities. "

Apartment is midway between Plagne centre and Plagne Village Overall a good apartment but not 100% - we’ve stayed in far more basic and lower cost but they get the basic right"
