"This hotel is awful and disgusting; the smell of mold and dust instantly chokes you as you enter. The bed was hard, the pillows were awful, and the blanket was very thin, making the winter stay extremely cold. The bathroom is designed in such a way that even with a heater, the shower remains freezing cold. "Parfait! Appartement idéalement situé dans Plagne Village : pied des pistes, commerces à proximité, restaurants, location de matériel de ski, école de ski et Télébus pour rejoindre facilement Plagne Centre. Belle vue de l'appartement! Nous étions 3 adultes et avons apprécié de séjourner dans un appartement plein de charme et bien équipé. Accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!"

"Once we found the parking entrance, overall the apartment was excellent, well kitted out and in an excellent location a few steps from the slopes. Christophe responded to any questions really quickly.Only slight niggle was that we got the impression from the amenities section that a pool was included but wasn't. Would thoroughly recommend though.Would thoroughly recomend "

"Room was great, spacious and well thought out with charging points. breakfast was good, the hot food sadly wasn't under any heat lamps so the bacon, sausages and hash browns etc were cold so saw lots of daily waste as no-one ate them. everything else was good! Staff were really friendly and still getting to know the hotel as well as so new! Beds were good, shower was good (sadly only 4 coffee pods and then have to pay for extras), good soundproofing. Ski hire shop in basement was well stocked and so easy for in and out each day biggest negative was the room was too hot, even with all radiators switched off it was like an oven which didn't help with sleeping and staff didn't have a solution. I spend around 200 nights a year in hotels if not more and for a new hotel these guys are going the right way. hope to be back to see it!"

"Very good hotel in nice position. Only faults are 1 car park entrance is too narrow and at an angle. 2 the room lights mean you can't see a thing in the wardrobe. Bring a torch. Food choice good, staff very helpful and amenities very good. Boot room staff very helpful too. Definitely a nice stay. "

"After reading the reviews online I was pretty worried that we were going to arrive to a messy, downrun and unsuitable accommodation however we were pleasantly surprised. Our apartment was clean and was very suitable for a weeks stay. Plenty of room. One downside was there was only one small sofa bed in the lounge, after a long day on the slopes it would have been nicer to be comfy. There was only one shower, which in an apartment for 8 was tough and it was in the an en-suite. Other than that a perfect stay, with lots of snow the undercover parking was very much needed! "

"Ski in ski out appartment right on the slopes. Step of the balcony onto the nursery slope. Great views and sunny aspect. Clean and comfortable appartment. No tea towels. Take d/washer tablets. Very happy overall."
