"We loved Riu Palace! It is under some construction but nothing that bothered us that much. The staff was fabulous, especially Rainy and Keyla! We loved them so much we went wherever they were bartending at each night. The shows were a lot of fun and the pool was amazing"

The staff is fantastic, the beach and pools are just the right spot, and it’s within walking distance to all the fun outside the resort. I had a true 5-star experience here. "We stay in building 2. The air-conditioning was not working in the elevator and it was already hot out side. The hallway was hot like there was not any air."

"Resort is little dated but it’s still in great condition. Whole stuff is great, friendly, restaurants on premises are also great. On the premises you have 3 restaurants to choose from, Seabreaze $$$ right on the beach serving mainly seafood, DaVinci $$$ Italian restaurant, Agave $$ Mexican restaurant. Also there’s Coral restaurant serving breakfast buffet and I can highly recommend. 2 bars on the beach, I in the lobby having daily happy hours. Beach is beautiful, but be prepared they charge for the shade min $30/day. Pools are nice too. Overall great experience and definitely will consider it again."
