"The staff is unbelievable. We asked them the littlest of a hand cream, for a late checkout, a paper cup. Everything was done within minutes. Everyone is just so friendly and helpful. Renaissance itself is beautiful, clean. Every day was a very beautiful happy day. There are so many places to eat in walking distance and for shopping. Their private island is awesome. The boat ride is fun to get there."

"Great place and the host was amazing"

"We stayed at Enrique and Irma’s rental for 10 days. It was an amazing experience. We were treated like family. Btw, they have everything, coolers/beach chairs/beach towels. The house is perfect for a family looking for privacy. Independent and so cozy! You can also do your laundry and they have BBQ. We bought steaks and fish and BBQ all week. The house has the perfect spot, is in the centre of Aruba. 10-20 min from everything. Super convenient. Again the service was amazing. They can pick you up at the airport and drop you off as well. Best vacation ever!! "

"A perfect spot if you feel like you want an escape away from the busy tourist areas. You will need a car, but it is nicely centrally located so it felt easy to visit attractions on every corner of the island. The hosts were very communicative, but also felt like I had total privacy. The kitchenette was nice for basic cooking. Plunge pool was a very nice touch. Overall a great value!"

"Clean, quiet and friendly staff. If looking for something close to the beach and popular areas, this is not the place to stay. Only other thing I would say is the bed was not comfortable. For just a quiet relaxing place and don’t mind driving or getting taxi this is a good place to stay."

"This hotel is in a residential area that at first seems a bit rundown, but certainly is safe. The shared areas of the property are lovely, however, the rooms are more like a two star experience. The room was surface clean, but it could have been cleaner. Parking felt safe and easy. Check-in can be tricky. If you do not check Expedia for your gate entry code before you arrive. There is no staff immediately on the premises but if you message them on WhatsApp, they will get back to you fairly promptly. There is a language barrier, however so just be aware you may not get exactly what you asked for."

"Everything was 100% positive"

"Staff was curious, room was clean though we had to kill small lizard which had crawed a cross our bed. Our only issue was the bed. It was old and huut our back after being there for only 2 days. The other issue is location. This hotel is off the beaten path. The cab driver had a hard time finding it initially. Took us 20 - 25 minutes to get to the ⛱ beach. Great price but the location to the beach a concern. "
