"Great location! Close to amenities and the metro. Very clean property, washer dryer in the unit, handy kitchen and helpful staff. We arrived late but clear instructions were left for us to get into our unit. A definite recommend! The only negative was an extra city tax on top of what we aready paid up, but I suppose we were warned."

"ライブ参戦終わりでチェックインが遅くなってしまったのですが、快く対応いただき感謝でいっぱいです。 前回も利用させていただき、部屋の綺麗さに感動したので大阪に行った時はこちらを今後も利用させていただきます。 ありがとうございます。"

"Staff was fantastic and superhelpful with speaking English and Korean!"

"Hotel is in need of maintenance and more frequent cleaning. Breakfast room is not cleaned promptly. Tables and dish return areas look gross"

"It was okay"

"ドーミーインは何度か利用していますが野乃は初宿泊。内装を畳で和風にしたいつものドーミーインでした。洗濯して大浴場でお風呂に入って最寄りの地下鉄駅が駅ビル直結でエスカレーター探しに困りたくない安定品質を求める方におすすめ。深夜にバイクがバリバリ走っていたのは意外でした。"

"Everything about this Hotel is excellent! We love the breakfast buffet, shops nearby, walking distance to everything- especially the train subway literally 10 steps away outside the hotel. We will definitely stay here again when in Osaka next time. We will refer to family and friends of this place."

"清潔でセキュリティも万全。"

"Amazing"

"Thank you!"

"The hotel location was great since train station and shopping center across the street. The disappointing part of hotel is the breakfast because it was more of European food and no Japanese food at all."

"A wonderful hotel. Great facilities including a lovely public bath and free coffee/ tea in the day and free drinks and snacks. Our room was large and had a great view. The only downside was the long walk from Yodoyabashi station (around 13 minutes) which requires climbing a big srt of stairs to get over an overpass so it’s not accessible for people with mobility issues,"

"Right across the street is 7-11 1 block away is Kitahama station and Fresco grocery, quite convenient Hotel is clean and quiet and serviced everyday Showers are great with water flow Free bottled water everyday in the lobby Very pleased"

"There were many things we liked about this property- the hot springs, the massage chairs, the noodles offered as a snack.. the location is also convenient- next to a couple different subway stations."
