"Private, no issues, very family friendly area. Not a lot going on which is great for just hanging out at the beach. How was very spacious and well laid out. Kitchen was huge and great for staying in and cooking all our meals. Definitely will be back. "

"We love Alligator Point and love staying at Fritz Carlton. The location of the house is perfect for us... away from hustle and bustle, yet within short driving distance to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Adam is the perfect host. If there is an issue, he immediately addresses it. While the house is not fancy or ornate, it is exactly what you should expect in a beach house. Perfectly furnished and a well stocked kitchen. We love it! And, will be going back soon! This was our 3rd stay with Adam as our host. We had 2 weeks reserved, but a family emergency caused us to leave 3 days early. Adam was more than understanding and offered sincere compassion for our emergency. We've stayed in VRBO properties many times and, while all our hosts have been nice, I've got to say that Adam is the best!"

"I booked this home for a quick weekend getaway for my birthday. I wanted something on the water but not packed with tourists. The waterfront view coupled with the large screened-in porch was very nice. The house was as listed and had everything we needed for the stay. It is in close proximity (walking distance) to several of the local restaurants and a store. There were many species of song and water birds on the property and the bonus to the weekend was seeing a leucistic (white) squirrel in the front yard. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for quiet seclusion."

"The Spotted Grouper provided the perfect get away! The bungalow is spotlessly clean, has everthing one could possibly need to feel at home, well positioned in a quiet friendly neighborhood, and located in and near a nature preserve area. We highly recommend staying here. We explored the natural areas, including the gulf in a 16' canoe. So much wildlife to enjoy. Fishing, bird watching, cooking and enjoying each others company filled our days. Never turned on the tv or radio. A total escape from the rat race! We enjoyed the outdoor shower, grilled on the Weber, and relaxed in the screen porch. We hope to return next year. Sheree, the owner, was wonderful to work with. She was so kind and helpful. She even gave us fishing bait suggestions."

"Everything is accounted for; this is the most well-equipped house we have ever rented. Everything was in great condition and the owner’s responsiveness was top notch! Alligator Point was a great escape. Close enough to run out and get groceries and adult beverages if you need, but far enough away that it makes sense to relax, stay in, and grill some food. The beach doesn’t have rows and rows of houses, everything felt very relaxed and everyone we came across was friendly. Dolphins every day! We saw dolphins every day in the Gulf and most days in the bay. They enjoyed ‘chasing’ our boat and jumping in its wake. Need more sun? Need less sun? There was seating where each of us could still enjoy each other’s company whether they wanted to get some rays or stay in the shade. There was plenty to do, the kids loved the fence area out front, there was upper deck seating, seating around the pool, a boardwalk sitting area, and of course the BEACH!We loved the large pantry. It may seem like a weird thing to be excited about, but this made it all that much more home. Normally we have bags and coolers and boxes of food spread out on the counter or some floor space where they’re always in the way. The pantry made it easy to store items and keep everything organized.Lots of cool decorations to check out in the house, but if you have a little one you may want to do a little babyproofing first."
