"What a wonderful way to spend a few days. Great listing, well equipped with everything you could possibly need for fun time at the beach. Each day begins with a sunrise right over the water. Even in the winter, this home is well equipped for a great time. I especially enjoyed the stars and spending the evening by the fire, in the hot tub and sauna. Would stay again. "We LOVED our stay at the Tiki House. The location is on our favorite part of Alligator Point (Mud Cove). Our son loves to cast the net for the Mullet and Shrimp that come into the Mud Cove area during this time of year. Loved the large kitchen bar that was perfect for our traditional Thanksgiving meal. The screened porch is so comfortable along with the wonderful views from the adjoining deck. We enjoyed everything about the Tiki House. Thank you, Russ and Tam, for another wonderful memory at Alligator Point!!"

"Nice clean house on a quiet little street. Jessee is very communicative and friendly. Everything worked well including the EV charger, a rare item on the coast. "
