"They were friendly and helpful, they love dogs and let you bring your pet. They offer tips and advice for nearby excursions. Rooms were basic and clean. Typical for Turkish hotels like this, they didn’t have a closed in shower area/curtain and the shower was right next to the toilet, so the bathroom floor and toilet got wet with every shower. "The manager who is also owner was welcoming for my late, last minute reservation and check in. He showed me the Hassam bath, jacuzzi tub and amenities. The buffet was extensive in the morning, and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and look forward to coming again one day."

Outstanding service and hospitality
"Outstanding service and friendliness from the guy at reception, couldn't be more helpful about helping us, giving directions, etc. First impression of the reception area was modern and slick, however the rooms were quite dated, as was the breakfast room. Breakfast itself was excellent - wide variety of food and spacious seating. Room was fine, beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. As a side note, we travelled as two women and the surrounding area felt a little uncomfortable after dark, but was probably okay. Otherwise, location was great as it was right next to the bus station, perfect for visiting Pamukkale."
