"Straight to the point: i was dissapointed at this hotel because: advertised facilities: thermal pool, sauna, turkish bath wasnt heating, however staff told me its working, when i came over there (in swimming suit after shower!), i've got frozen in 5 minutes, literally, all those things are located in a basement, dark and cold, plus, its a "very smoking area", i dont have any issues with lungs but it was hard for me to breath. I visited Pamukkale in November, not a good time! However outside...
