"The hotel was conveniently located, just 10 minutes walking distance to the Pamukkale. Although we didn't get chance to use their pool, our room was clean and in good size, the staff were friendly and helpful. Mel, the manager, was extremely nice and helpful, when he knew we needed to have lunch before going to Pammukkale, he drove us to the restaurant and arranged the owner of the restaurant send us to South Gate after lunch! We had very pleasant experience there, thank Mel for everything!"

"Stayed in this hotel many times and like it very much."

"Sehr zufrieden vielen Dank"

"We paid for Mountain View and elevator but none of them were available. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator at all !. The Mountain View we paid for was nothing but an old residential building front our balcony. We didn’t have even a trashcan in the room. The queen bed wasn’t a queen bed. It had two mattresses put next to each other and covered with a sheet ! However the staff were extra friendly and nice."

"The perfect spot, you can walk everywhere and the parking was easy thanks to the amazing staff. Breakfast was yummy and the room was clean and the bed was comfy."

"The owner is very kind, giving me very useful guidance and suggestions on the trip, calling for a very kind and professional taxi driver for me and even taking me ATM to get cash. The dinner is very delicious too! Thank you!"
