"I assume it was the owner that manned the front desk. he was extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. We stayed two nights. We had a lovely room which was generous in size and very comfortable. the bed was also comfortable. the location was perfect, short walk to the attractions and restaurants. Don’t be put off by the ground floor/reception area which is a bit garish with a lot of merchandise for sale. I was very pleased I chose the right hotel for us. I would not hesitate to recommend. A traditional Turkish breakfast served to your table which was plentiful. The brewed coffee was very weak, best avoided if you like your coffee to taste like coffee. but then we have been travelling Turkey for three weeks and haven’t had a good coffee yet. When we’re leaving, the host offered us a bottle of water for the journey, water is cheap but it was a nice hospitable touch. Pamukkale is a must visit on any road trip around Türkiye."

"The lille gem. We were in Turkey for 3.5 weeks and this hotel was such a wonderful surprise. The room was tiny and clean BUT the million dollar view, the fantastic staff and best location made it one of our most favorite hotels. We could see the Travertine pools , the duck pond and the hot air balloons take off in the morning alll from our balcony. Just magical. The entrance to the Tavertine pools is a 2 minute walk. Use this entrance, dont use the upper entrance. This is the better experience. The breakfast was perfect."
