"Aloha, We were greeted by Peggy at our check-in. We did arrive before check-in and Peggy was able to accommodate us. She was kind, helpful and accommodating. Our room, #17, had a perfect view of Mt. Arenal. The room had a comfortable bed and pillows with a mosquito net which we didn’t need during our stay. The room was equipped with WiFi, a small refrigerator, AC, ceiling fan and a tv. The facility included hot mineral pools, a swimming pool and a yoga studio. During our stay the AC stopped working. The staff, one being Peggy’s son, did everything possible but were unable to fix the system. Due to the inconvenience we were offered room #18 & Peggy treated us to an amazing dinner in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant is ran by Peggy’s son and it was one of our favorite meals in Costa Rica. We booked our room to include breakfast. It was a traditional Costa Rican meal of beans and rice, plantains, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, fresh fruit and coffee or tea. Although it’s remote from downtown La Fortuna you can easily get an UBER for around $6 USD. We signed up for several tours and each tour picked us up with ease. Mahalo! L and L Travels with Aloha "

"The staff was courteous and helpful, the breakfast and pool was great, the rooms were nice. The only suggestion I have is to maybe add seating to the rooms. I am an early riser, and it would have been nice to have a place to sit and read or drink coffee waiting for the rest of the group to get up!"

"Loved this property! The staff is excellent and always greets you and helps you with whatever you need. They were so attentive and made us feel really special for our vacation. As for the property, absolutely stunning. Our room looked over the pool area and we had the most beautiful view of the Arenal volcano. We were lucky enough to see the entire volcano which is rare during the rainy season months. Everything about this property is unreal including the jacuzzis and the pool. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Fantastic hotel with great facilities Loved the hot springs Rio club had a great wildlife reserve to see lots of the wildlife close up Room was large with fantastic balcony overlooking the Arenal volcano Washing facilities were very useful although no dryer which would have been good but was still great to be able wash some of our clothes midway through a 3 week trip "

"Probably in top 2 or 3 places we have ever stayed at. The whole resort is built in a rainforest or the rainforest has grown around the resort in ways the two are one. The room, the ambience, the service, the food, the environment, the plunge pools,...everything was so so amazing. Had one of our most memorable couple experiences at Nayara Gardens and Nayara Springs! "

"Absolutely gorgeous grounds. We watched 2 sloths in tree above us just around the corner from our room (one of the drivers pointed them out for us) Only thing that wasn’t perfect was wishing the hot springs were hotter, they were warm at best. But will definitely go back - can’t wait. Stunning views of the volcano. Beautiful pool area. And not crowded which was huge plus. "
