Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel genuinely welcomed and completely cared for. A special shoutout to Marina, one of the bartenders, whose bartending skills, warmth, professionalism, and personal touch truly elevate each visit. Equally impressive was Phillip at the front desk, who provided us with a wealth of information about the property and even helped us start planning our next stay. His attention to detail and enthusiasm made a lasting impression. Joy, another front desk team member, welcomed us with genuine kindness at check-in and ensured we felt right at home throughout our entire stay. The beach service is easy, comfortable, and handled by friendly staff who take care of everything. The hotel’s complimentary car service made getting around Palm Beach effortless, with drivers who were prompt and helpful. Dining at The Colony is another standout. The Pink Paradise Café and Swifty’s both serve fantastic food in vibrant, stylish settings that capture the charm of Palm Beach. The Colony isn’t just a hotel—it’s a destination. Elegant, inviting, and with service that consistently exceeds expectations."

"Decided last minute to pop over for the day and we absolutely loved everything about this hotel. From valet to check out everything went smooth. Every single staff member we spoke to was kind and helpful. Our son loved the slide and both pools. Being on the beach they have chairs and umbrellas, awesome staff that help you get set up and anything you need out there. That was so convenient. Our room was spacious, with a gorgeous view of the intercoastal. Room had everything you could need, full fridge stove and washer dryer. The restaurant onsite is great, we’ve dined in before but this time we decided to do takeout style and have it up in our room watching the sunset. 10/10 definitely recommend. The spa is top tier as well. Truly a full service property. We can’t wait to come back. "

"Overall it’s an amazing property and a great location. Didn’t like that we had to rent beach chairs/umbrella. Also didn’t have enough pool chairs or staff not monitoring who was simply saving chairs and not actively using them. "
