"older complex, some remodel on on the room we had, courtyard was nice to sit out on in the morning and have coffee. Kitchenette was serviceable, we cooked breakfast in the mornings. biggest critsizm is the coffee maker only make one cup at a time and not a Kurig, takes actual bag of coffee. Literally 3 minute walk to the beach and 5 or so minutes to bars and restaurants. Overall after seeing pics before booking it was exactly what I thought it would be.
