"Breakfast was pretty modest and standard. Room was clean and air conditioned, it seems to be renovated from an old motel, but great touches all around with board games you can borrow from the front desk"

"I stayed at this best western for 3 days and overall it was pretty good. What did ruined it for me the staff chasing me over a hundred doors more for the start than what I agreed to on Expedia. On top of that they issue you a parking permit that’s essentially a flimsy piece of paper that’s supposed to hang from your rear view mirror. Around the first day it ripped and I couldn’t hang it so I displayed it on top of the dashboard in clear view. After I checked out, I came to my vehicle and found I was given a parking ticket for not displaying my parking permit. If they require you to provide your vehicle info during check-in I don’t understand why they’re unable to use that information and instead cite their guests for over a piece of paper that they could’ve lost, torn, or simply forgotten to display. I will not be using this best western or any best western for that matter and will opt for properties that utilize just a little more common sense or consideration for guests that already are spending a lot of money at their properties."

"I was leery when I pulled in and it was a 4-storey motel but with the elevator and being on the 3rd floor, you couldn't tell. There rooms are simply decorated and clean with no carpets. "

"Parking was easy and secure, staff(ARIANA) was amazing, the other front desk pregnant lady was absolutely rude. I have auto immune diseases so I was freezing in my room hit my son & ex husband don't do u need more blankets, she gone ask my ex husband doesn't the heater in the room work, she refused to give us towels & said that house cleaning can do it. She was horrible. But everything else was phenomenal and Ariana was phenomenal. "

"Toilet was clogged. They brought a plunger. I’m a customer not a plumber. They didn’t clean my room. When we returned there was a do not disturb sign on the door. We never placed it there. Overall. Not a good experience. "
