"Unfortunately, though it is not my practice to write poor reviews for anyone, I have caution the next person who signs up for this property. It is not as advertised. It is located in a very desolate and poor part of Palermo. It is a second rate building. The room we had was very dark and depressing. We had to terminate our stay and seek another location. The person responsible did not speak a word of English. The amneities were sparse. Any how, its not a luxury suite by any means. Sorry to say...

"I want to be fair on my review. The property charge extra 30 Euros for checking in after 6pm. I found this no good since traveling carries certain schedules, I consider 8 or 9pm is a common time to check in into any B&B, Hotel, etc. I do respect their rule. Also, the property did not disclose in internet that the bathrooms are shared. I understood every room has their own bathroom, it is not the case. When you arrive you find a building, with many apartments where regular people live in. There...

"Such a quaint place, rooms were unique, very different than American hotels. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend"

"Bella struttura, ben rifinita.

"I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The highlight was definitely the rooftop restaurant—the views, atmosphere, and food were amazing. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Great location! Staff very friendly."

"Wonderful staff Very helpful and knowledgeable"

"Ottimo hotel, personale eccellente"

"Wonderful stay and very helpful host for a short stay in Palermo. Great location as well."

"We selected this property due to the excellent proximity to restaurants and shopping and the cathedral. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of this property. Alin was helpful getting us to our fourth floor room and acclimating us with the hotel. Our room was 50 steps up in the hotel does not have an elevator. FYI. There is a lot of noise outside of the hotel, if your room faces the street. We had daily bedding but no new towels or housekeeping the entire three days we were there....
