"The staff were amazing & we enjoyed our large breakfast & as well as a delicious carvery meal on Weds evening (I believe this runs during the summer in addition to Sundays). The reason I've had to put 3 stars is because the room was insanely hot despite the weather cooling outside (it was raining in the morning but the room was pushing 30 degrees) so we struggled to sleep. "on arrival, the property stunk and had bad odour of mice or rats but we did not see any, we found nail clipping on the floor and looked not well cleaned. On the first evening, people arrived at the property and showed us that they also booked the same property and questioned our booking, was awkward and embarcing to my wife and kids. Day 3 while we sat eating we found mice running in the middle of the reception. we left the next morning, one day early. Total miss selling."

"The property was in good order. All facilities. Although a little bit smaller than what it looked like. Suited my family. The worst thing about the stay was the WiFi/ Int ernet. It was appalling . It is advertised as internet being available but we were faced with a letter as soon as we arrived stating we would have to purchase it. Even though one of us purchased it it was very poor and she couldn't access it. Data was also very poor. So we couldn't use the wifi or data as poor connections...
