"We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful oceanfront property! The view was truly breathtaking—waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee while overlooking the ocean was pure magic. The home was spotless, well-appointed, and exactly as described.The location was ideal: peaceful, scenic, and just the kind of relaxing atmosphere we were hoping for. A special shoutout to the owner, who was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests' experience.We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene coastal escape. Five stars all around!"

"Good location, near a small beach good for little ones, a couple restaurants, and a kayak rental spot just north of the bridge (which has a sidewalk). Helpful and responsive host, Brett. He immediately and pleasantly attended to a couple of house problems noted the first and second day of our stay.The four upstairs bedrooms were air-conditioned, adequately-sized and had en-suite bathrooms. We didn't use the fold out couch on the first floor or twin trundle beds in the garden level game and media room.The kitchen is more than adequately stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. and pantry staples. Also plenty of paper products for kitchen and bathrooms.The dining area/family room and kitchen are in a nice open plan, great for gathering.There are books galore in most of the rooms.The wrap-around deck is great, with a large picnic-style table, grill, and multiple outdoor seats and benches. (The cushions could use a cleaning, as they were a little green in places).Parking near the house and exiting the driveway are a bit challenging, as mentioned in other reviews.Our visit was over the July 4th week, and the view from the roof deck of fireworks up and down the coast was spectacular. A real memory-maker."

"The house was beautiful, very clean and had all the amenities needed. The beds were very comfortable. It was the perfect spot to take trips in the area and come back to relax in the evenings. "

"Betty's Place was a great getaway for a long weekend. The views and ocean sounds from the deck can't be beat. We experienced an issue with the coffee maker, and David and the team responded right away and dropped off a replacement within about 30 minutes. We would consider coming back!"

"We stayed there for 1 week in June and enjoyed every minute of it. Watching the tide come in and roll back out, the Maine lobster traps with their buoys floating on the water, and the beautiful sunrises out the window made for a totally relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. We loved it so much, we will definitely be back. The kitchen is a good size for cooking at home when we wanted to, and there's plenty of restaurants close by that serve up delicious food and everyone is super nice. The outside picnic table is where we spent a lot of time eating meals and just watching the Atlantic. The only sounds you'll hear there are the happy chirping if the birds and the water in the rocks. "
