"We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. Although the house is a bit older, the property itself is stunning and offers a fantastic layout for multiple families, especially with kids. There’s plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably without feeling crowded. The host/owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and the neighborhood is right in the middle of Montecito with easy access to restaurants, shops, etc. We enjoyed our time here and would love to return in the future."

"I think this was our 5th trip to Carpenteria. We live in the Bay Area but one of my daughters and husband live in LA. We are making it a tradition the celebrated Easter there and this was one of the nicest places we’ve rented. It has everything we are looking for; especially access to Santa Claus Beach. Very dog friendly, spacious, well kept. What’s not to like. The next time we head to Carpenteria this will definitely be our first choice to return to. Thank you very much for making our stay easy and enjoyable."

"This place accommodated our needs just fine and the location was for sure the best part. The house itself is nothing fancy & could use some updating. Seemed a little odd to have wires just taped to the floor in the closet and the shower in the master was difficult to turn on. Kitchen could be better stocked if you want to cook in often. "

"Overall: Not a good experience. Poor Quality.Doorframes were crooked which led to drafts in the room. Didn't advertise poor construction of room either. For over 200 a night, I felt my value could have been better spent at a motel 6. Towels had stains and the bed was semi dirty. Lots of pill bugs wandering the bathroom."

"We enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfy, and spacious house. The multiple decks made for a pleasant time relaxing outdoors and listening to the birds including the hummingbirds zooming around. The kitchen was clean and well stocked and we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was convenient for quick trips in to central Santa Barbara and the local beaches and attractions. We enjoyed our walks down the steep hill to several nearby cafes and a large bookstore. The location also felt very peaceful and private with all the surrounding greenery."
