"Hotel El Faro is a beautiful hotel by the beach with a big swimming pool and a pool bar. The staff at the restaurant and bar were excellent and helpful. Also the cleaning staff was very nice and cooperative with cleaning hours. Our problem was the management of the hotel. The manager would not let all members of our group to check in to the hotel as the hotel had some connection problem with Expedia. "Beautiful property! Loved the colonial-esque design, and the location was great. The restaurant and spa services are a bit expensive, but that said, the massage and pizza were excellent, so can't complain too much! The only thing lacking is a real pool, especially for kids to play in; they have a very nice Jacuzzi, but it really shouldn't be used as a family hangout..."

"Viajamos con mi esposa y mi bebé de 1 año. Debo decir que este hotel me sorprendió y superó mis expectativas en todo sentido. El personal brinda un servicio excelente, atendiendo siempre con una sonrisa y súper atentos. El restaurante dentro del hotel tiene excelentes opciones y en general todo me pareció perfecta la relación precio beneficio."
