Check in process was quick and painless and great recommendations on the local area. The room was clean, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. "The privilege twin room I booked was excellent in terms of amenities (ironing board and iron, kettle and tea stuff, fridge (complimentary water and Pepsis), Nespresso machine and capsules, bathrobes and slippers, and decor. The only critical comment I would say is that the room was very warm at night and the fridge was placed inside a cupboard and not ventilated so it was also overheated and contributed to the temperature in the room. I’m sure this can be easily remedied. Overall a great stay and the staff was amazing - friendly and professional. Fahmida from Canada"
