"The parking is a nightmare, there is no signage telling you how to work the parking garage if you are staying there we ended up getting charged every day for parking plus got charged for it on our room we paid three times as much for parking as we did for the room and we could not find anyone to help us get those charges reversed it's a nightmare. Plus signage in the property is very bad doesn't give you directions. Not thought out. And oh my God what is that smell that you have to go pass to...

"Clean room, easy to access check in via the computers/kiosk. One negative - the water pressure is too hard, no matter what setting, I felt like the water was like a pressure washer."

"Restaurants, casino, location and staff very good. But the room I got was in a bad state of decay. Dripping faucets with mildew, faulty blackout, phones did not communicate, missing cap in key card sensor, broken light switch, missing knob on drawer, etc."
