"The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The pool looked inviting and was a wonderful experience. The gray door on the side of the building on the first floor did not work. The front desk staff person said she had made numerous attempts to get it fixed."

"We booked 3 nights and was placed in tbe worst location. (Right next across from the elevator on the floor with the continental breakfast). I could understand if the hotel was fully booked, but we checked in shortly after 3pm and the parking lot/hotel was not busy. Our room had weird stains all over the chair and ottoman, dust caked the floor boards, mold on the tub caulk, and grime on the doors/light switches. Breakfast consisted of watery eggs that was cold and all the trash cans overflowing...
