The owner, Bill and the house manager, Karin were great at communicating and made sure our stay was very comfortable. Karin met us at the airport and took us to the house and help to arrange a rental car for the week. We all had a great time and look forward to returning to Long Island in the future. I would definitely recommend this property."

"February Point is quiet and convenient. The house is very comfortable and everyone loved the view from their bedroom. The boat is perfect for cruising around the bay and the private dock made starting the adventure very easy. The host was quick to respond."

"Quite an American feel complex for a small Bahamian island. Wasn’t expecting quite so many units. Feels quite Floridian. Unless you have an Ocean Front you really won’t get much of a sea view more the property facing you! Palapa grill was pretty disappointing for breakfast and dinner but the 23 North restaurant was well worth the money and we ate there twice. "

"This was our first trip to Eleuthera and we will certainly return! We choose Sky Beach Club for the onsite bar and restaurant and modern facility. Room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Minifridge and full size coffee pit meant we could eat in for breakfast and lunch if we chose. Villa 1 and 2 have lovely views of pool with ocean beyond, yet are secluded behind well maintained landscaping. Pool bar under the watch of Sammy was always a fun place to hang out.
