"The building is beautiful. High ceilings and original fixtures make this a special place to stay. Located in a great location near to transport, shops, restaurants and bars. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Shannon and the other staff are friendly and efficient and made our stay enjoyable. Food was tasty in the restaurant. Breakfast in morning was good and again the staff serving were friendly. The room had everything we needed and a fantastic view of the town hall. Comfy bed with nice cotton bedding and a large flat screen TV. We would stay here again if we are in the area. Very good value for money."

"Centrally located hotel in Leeds, welcome cookies on arrival, plenty of staff, lovely big room with the most enormous bed I have seen! Nothing to complain about at all (apart from the price of parking but that is everywhere in Leeds)"
