There is limited parking under the hotel so ask for this when you make your reservation. I was originally given a first floor room with an outside glass door. As a single female traveler, this made me uncomfortable but they were able to move me to a 2nd floor room for the night. The portable air conditioner kept the room cool but was super loud. "

"The hotel location is great, downtown of Ottawa but it has lots of homeless people in hotel area, even 3-4 homeless just sitting right in front of hotel entrance, lucky they didn't make trouble or noises. The next day checked out when we drove out the town we seem more homeless people in there, it seems the crime might come easily, we was worried.
