"The Metcalfe Hotel was better than we imagined. The staff (from check-in desk to housekeeping to wait staff) were lovely and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our pups also enjoyed their stay. So thankful to have a hotel that offers such care for their guests and their guests' dogs!"

"Good and decent spot"

"Good people great hotel location. Nice and clean. Will stay there again"

"The room was very clean, and well appointed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The contactless check-in was seamless but staff were on site if assistance would have been required. The Lighthouse restaurant is small but the quality of the food is excellent and again the staff were great. Would definitely stay there again."

"Je n'aime pas qu'il y a du tapis dans la chambre à cause l'air sec. La chambre de toilette est trop petite. Le soir la chambre est plutôt tiède et incapable de monter la température pour rendre la chambre ambiante. Aussi pour monter dans la chambre, je trouve qu'il y beaucoup de marches non sécuritaire, J'ai failli tomber."

"The hotel location is very good, but the room cleaning didn't give us laundry detergent and only a small bottle of bath and shampoo, and didn't give tea bags. The faucet water is very slow, we hope to improve it in the future, and we will come back to stay again, thank you."

"The construction didnt help but nothing was mentioned about 1. wifi access 2. new elevator system 3. room was ok .. shower older and toilet seat was broken.. we got into room late after going to casino so it was pointless telling everyone at 11 pm expensive for a property under construction"
