"The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The space is clean and has opulent touches. There are laundry options(I used the coin laundry) there were two convenience stores inside the hotel, which was great for late night snacks(or anytime) and beverages!! I didn’t use the spa because I was busy exploring, but I heard it was amazing and many guests were using it and it’s free as a guest!! Next time. I would absolutely stay here again! "

"Overall great place to stay. Very good breakfast. I have visited over 10 countries and several different continents. The onsen is nice but one cannot have tattoos unless they wear a covering for it FYI. They also have free luggage storage. "

"Everything you need for a stay in Tokyo. Convenience stores, coffee and restaurants all near by. easy walk to Ningyocho, Bakuroyokoyama and Kodemmacho stations. Even easy walk into Tokyo CBD or Ginza. Great staff. only thing is the pillows were bad but thats a small price to pay."
