"It was great the room is just small and you will have to place your bags under. The restroom is also small and you will have to take turns. But it was comfortable and clean."

"Nice hotel"

"Shinjuku is lively, but the hotel was quiet and comfortable, the staff helpful and the breakfast - both Japanese and Western items are good."

"Quite near metro and JR lines. The area was not so good for restaurants though I did find a few I liked. My room was a bit worn and had a ‘window’ that was opaque and let in no light. Staff were helpful."

"I wouldn’t stay there again. The room was BEYOND too small for 2 people. No place to store luggage or cloths. It was very clean. But even the lobby with 5 people, you could not move. Expedia showed laundry onsite, this was not true."
