"Everything about this boutique hotel is unique and very, very beautiful. It is steeped in history which is honored respectfully and with great taste. Our top floor balcony has breathtaking views across Dunedin, the harbor and peninsula. ….you are truly in the sky. Bed - incredibly comfortable, room very warm and cosy, down stairs dining and pool room relaxed but stunning. Breakfast delicious and very generous.. and the Hosts are just lovely. 10 to 15 minutes walk to the city … walk back up...

"This place was very cute and clean and had the view of the harbor. Unfortunately, the street leading to driveway is a steep turn and was damaging the fenders and undercarriage of my uber driver cars. Several times I had to get out at the bottom and walk up (about a 4 minute walk up)when they refused to drive which was difficult at night and with luggage. Otherwise, the place itself was very nice and safe. "
