"The hotel itself was excellent!! Very clean and a very cozy cabin feel. But as a Lifetime Diamond Hilton member, I find the staff not as friendly as how the cabin would make you feel. Breakfast was subpar. It says it opens at 07, and finally opened at 0710. The kitchen help was taking his good old time opening and getting things ready. And nothing written that says that you place your order for breakfast. Really? We sat there waiting for like a buffet style. Also, they allow their guests to go...

"I loved this bed n breakfast. It was not hard to find. I liked it was on the out skirts of busy area. Very quiet. You are greeted by owners. Beautiful piece of history and property. If you have the honor to have breakfast cooked for you, you will not leave hungry. I was there only 1 night but wished I had time to enjoy the pool. Thank you for sharing your home. Property is exactly as shown in pictures."

"My room had bedbugs, and when I brought this to the attention of the staff and requested to cut my visit short they acted like I was a criminal and refused to help. The rooms are hard to get dark, and there is a lot of road noise. This is a neat spot that is aesthetically pleasing, but the quality makes it a poor choice and I will not stay again."

"This is a great place to stay when visiting White Sands National Park. After a day of hiking etc u can come back to the hotel, park the car and walk to the restaurants nearby for dinner. If possible a putting in an outdoor pool would make this stay even better. It is so hot in New Mexico and not much to do in the area so taking a swim would really be nice."

"We were given SMOKING room which we did not reserve. We asked for extra pillows because the pillows were flat and small. There was burn marks on the carpet and the bed was lumpy with springs moving as we moved around. Day 3 of stay the ceiling in the bathroom started to leak badly. We were moved to another room and asked for NON SMOKING ROOM. This room was in better conditions but it still smelled like heavy smoke. "The sign read no breakfast available until window is fixed. There was no ice. The rooms were clean though. They had their doors closed and communicated through a drive through window. I don’t know what happened but it seems someone was attacking them."
