"Check in agent quick and efficient, explained breakfast. Breakfast was ok, friendly staff member. Bed linens was very nice but the room should have been cleaner. Table was sticky and I wiped grime away. Door jobs were dirty as well. Nice to have a fridge. Chairs need to be tightened up, was wobbly."

"The staff was great"

"Awesome place to stay. Mysteriously historic hotel-resort. Golf course in s awesome if only watching deer and elk. Only item is that houses keeping needs to pick up their game a bit."

"Nice area right around all the tests with a Walmart close by for add ons if needed. Quiet too"

"Would not recommend this motel. Outdoor room access, didn't feel safe. We had kids sleeping on the pull-out sofa bed and it was riddled with stains. Thankfully staff was able to move us to another room."

"This is a bed and breakfast - very comfortable bed in my own room with my own private bath. The host goes out of her way to make your stay welcoming."

"Nice and clean. Very good breakfast. Convenient to White Sands NP."

"Room was great. Staff was nice. The kitchen was spacious. Loved the new bathroom. Plenty of counter space. The breakfast was wonderful. We wish we had more time to spend there"

"The place was adorable, comfortable, cozy! However.... a warning!!! At night, you CAN NOT SEE the concrete step from porch to front of townhome. My 70 year old Mama fell, hard, in her tailbone and absolutely ruined the rest of our road trip. A message was left for the owners, but we never heard from them."

"Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room was decent and clean. Seems like a good value for the price"
