"Very spacious living space, wonder couch that everyone could fit around, nice that it had two separate rooms. Great location. Beds were comfortable. Wonderful stay."

"Our first time experiencing a Japanese traditional hotel, and we loved it! Great location and delicious breakfast!"

"Stayed for 26 nights in this newly refurbished hotel. Staff were very friendly and the free light breakfast was a welcomed treat (although very limited). Luggage space under the bed was very helpful for our long stay, meaning all 4 large suitcases were completely out of the way making a small room feel comfortable. Many thanks!"

"Great location close to train station. We liked."

"This hotel is 3 minutes from an underground. There is a 7 eleven across the road. The staff on reception are very helpful and the cleaning staff keep your room spick and span.Washing machines and microwaves available. Breakfast was disappointing,no fruit or fruit juice. No toaster. No hot water for tea.I asked for hot water for my own tea but they said no and then a day later filled up someones flask and cup."

"We arrived before check-in time, front desk helped us with pre-check in and stored our luggage. Room is very roomy for a Japanese hotel and the bed is big and comfy. Location is close to everything. If we ever go back to Osaka, will definitely stay there again."

"It is a great place to stay if you are just looking for a one night stay. I’m not sure about long term but would recommend to anyone looking to just sleep for one night before heading to a different location."

"Onsen was very clean and accessible. Staff were extremely helpful. I wish there was more variety for the breakfast buffet, and that towels for the onsen was more easily accessible especially for those who intend on bathing twice a day"

"スタッフさんも親切で、 何よりホテルの立地が良すぎました! また利用したいです! 本当にありがとうございました!"

"Solid hotel near the heart of most notable places in Osaka. Would return."

"I had a lovely experience in Osaka and I owe it to the staff at the hotel. They offered me recommendations and help me shipping my luggage."
