"I felt home away from home. Dilek and her staff treated me like a family. Property is clean and the rooms are gorgeous. Turkish breakfast was great and delicious. She arranged all the tours and they were all excellent. Her terrace was out late night entertainment where we shared Turkish coffee and wine. I had the best time among friends there. I will come back for sure."

"Staff absolutely amazing! To the chain who own this hotel. You have passionate- hardworking staff. Nothing is a problem. The Manger that was there for Breakfast serving us , then again later and at 3.30am made us Tea (himself) before our balloon ride There was also. "I liked the hospitality of the owner I disliked the fact that the room is poorly equipped and full of dust from the stones. Plus the electricity went off in our room for 5 full hours before the technical guy was able to fix it and we had to shower using the light of our phones. There was no proper closet to hang in our clothes, no tissues (only toilet papers), no proper table to put our stuff on. "We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The Owner miss Nazanin such a wonderful woman. She speaks English. The breakfast is warm and served at a pretty and cozy backyard. She has 2 cute dogs. If you are travelling with your dog, this hotel is the only hotel in all Cappadocia that is pet friendly. The rooms was so clean. The shower was clean with a very good water. Thanks for a great hospitality Miss Nazanin. "
