"It was perfect for our family reunion. We had a gathering on Thursday evening… a memorial time for 2 members of the family who passed away earlier this year. And a pot luck on Sunday with many of the family attending. The 3 car garage was great, as the weather was a bit windy & cool, especially, on Thursday evening, so we had to close the garage door. It’s a very nice place."

"We were contacted by host several times after making reservation. He offered assistance, information, and advice for our stay. Broc was immediately accessible throughout our stay, outstanding host. Property is five short blocks from Mayo Clinic (Methodist Hospital Campus, downtown). Area is walkable, clean, and appeared to be quiet and safe. Within four blocks of subway and skyway access. House is old, located in well established, older part of town. Modern kitchen appliances (gas cooking)....

"Awesome host’s with great communication. The home is very comfortable, must be okay with stairs. Clean, great beds, open feel with good lighting and windows throughout. Love the front porch. All appliances in working order, stocked kitchen, solid internet. Just shy of a mile walk downtown or too Main Clinic buildings. Close to river walk, felt safe. Good neighborhood. I really appreciated them setting up the portable AC unit as it got a bit warm but not horrible, I just like it very cold! "We really enjoyed the location of this house being a corner lot, nice neighborhood and right across from the park. Our family appreciated having two family rooms with smart TVs and the downstairs fridge and dining table. "We had a short stay, but the convenience to walking across the street to the Mayo Hospital was definitely a bonus. Everything you need is right there, a restaurant or a few groceries from the pantry to cook yourself in the full kitchen! Very nice place, we highly recommend!"
