"The property was perfect for our stay in Rochester, it was an easy 10min walk to the Mayo building and 12 min walk to St Marys campus (perfect for getting to/from Mayo appts without the hassle of parking). Kitchenette was nice for us to be able to cook and prep store bought foods, grocery store just a 5 minute drive from the property. On site laundry facilities were a definite plus for us as well. Rita was super quick to respond with any concerns. Happy to have a great location and well...

"We stayed with are son who has cancer and was there for surgery. Stairs were so steep and dark. Shower base leaked in the corner. No water pressure. Kitchen is a walkway connecting bedrooms. Dorm size fridge. Tried reporting a man sleeping in his truck outside our door. Took 24 hours for host to do anything. They stated he was in apartment below us. Later that day notice he was back sleeping in his truck where he stayed for the next 2 days. We ended up leave 2 days early and staying at a hotel...
