"It was a complete turnaround since July. The room was VERY clean, everything worked, and though the furniture was still dated, it was in great shape! We were very pleased with the improvement! The one staff person we encountered was friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. We'll be back!"

"When I told my husband where we were staying he was not pleased at all. He wanted something closer to the hospital.When we got there he went and checked us in and check out the room he was very pleased. There was hot drinks always ready. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely accommodating.We will stay there again. We left to go back home and stayed in another hotel and the second we walked in the room we both said this is not the SpringHill Suites. SpringHill Suites thank you for a memorable experience."
