"We stayed two nights at the hotel. Everything in the room was new - from the TV to the mini fridge and microwave. We had a nice room with an excellent view - you could see across the harbor into Provincetown. We didn't explore the property since it rained 2 of the 3 days. There was an outdoor pool but too cold to swim. We had a minor issue with the heater/AC unit. It worked well but was noisy - even when on low. The other issue was the WiFi. We kept being kicked off it. We bought our own Hotspot so we used that instead. It was raining hard both nights we stayed, so that might have impacted the WiFi. I would definitely book this property again."

"Front desk check in was greeted by a great staff. Friendly and went above and beyond for my mom and I. Finding us a first floor room which I forgot to request at time of booking. My only complaint was to do with the family that stayed above us letting their children jump off the bed repeatedly from 10-12pm. No fault of this hotel. "
