"This little hotel may not have many amenities but it is clean and safe and best of all it is walking distance to so many things including the charming Hyannis downtown and the harbor, Kalmus beach, JFK museum, Ferry to Nantucket and so many amazing downtown restaurants. 2 bus lines come from the airport to the other side of downtown - you can bring your suitcase a safe15 minute walk from the bus terminal to this hotel. A great deal for people who don't feel like renting a car, love a deal, and are ok with some walking."

"We stayed two nights at the hotel. Everything in the room was new - from the TV to the mini fridge and microwave. We had a nice room with an excellent view - you could see across the harbor into Provincetown. We didn't explore the property since it rained 2 of the 3 days. There was an outdoor pool but too cold to swim. We had a minor issue with the heater/AC unit. It worked well but was noisy - even when on low. The other issue was the WiFi. We kept being kicked off it. We bought our own Hotspot so we used that instead. It was raining hard both nights we stayed, so that might have impacted the WiFi. I would definitely book this property again."
