Inexpensive get away. Basic but adequate. Perfect location and the kitchenette is a huge plus. Indoor pool and hot tub are a great plus during off season visits.

This is the second time that we have stayed here. The staff is very friendly and compassionate. We will definitely be back every thing is close by unless there is a Nor’Easter lol then just stay in and use the pool and jacuzzi .

I have stayed here many times over the past 5 years I’ve stayed a lone and with friend’s It is my go to place to stay in Hyannis It’s nice,clean,I enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub Very conveniently located walking distance to all the restaurants and shops

Super convenient location. The room was clean and had a little kitchen area with everything you could need. Update to a better pillow would be nice and maybe add a topper to make for a less firm bed. We were able to park right near our room on second floor. The indoor pool was very nice and clean and the hot tub was great. Will definitely stay there again.

I have stayed at this resort by myself and with friends about 10 times, it has been the best place to stay in Hyannis Very easy check in, staff has always been informative and helpful The rooms are clean, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub are so clean and relaxing Located right behind main street with all the restaurants and shops in walking distance The beach is only a 5 min. drive Very affordable for all that you get

The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Tina, the woman who checked us in was very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. I give her a ten plus. My husband and I were happy we stayed there.

We stayed overnight due to my son having a soccer tournament. The resort was in a great location and clean. We had a great night walking mere feet from the room to dinner and ice cream. The pool was also clean and would stay again.
