"Lifts were a bit dodgy - buttons and wires exposed and one lift broke down several times. The food van not open for breakfast. Other than that very clean, helpful staff. Hood shuttled and good location."

"It was ok. We stayed here a few years ago and that is why we came back, but it needs updating. The room had a strange smell, there was no ice on the floor we were on ( the machines were turned off) and the elevators were super slow."
