Really nice stay, two breakfast’s, inviting lobby, decent room. N they mopped everyday multiple times a day.

Staff was amazing, room and hotel was clean. Only issue we experienced was the indoor pool was down so our children was a little disappointed. Other then that, we had a good experience.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was better than I expected and had a variety of things to choose from. The bed was really comfortable and all the pillows were nice. I was most impressed by how clean literally everything was. Cleanliness in hotels is the thing I’m always the most critical of and these guys were top notch. For the price this place was somewhat unbelievable and we intend to stay here again.

Everything was great, I have no complaints about the facility or the staff. The room was great and the check-in and check-out were easy. However, a previous guest left a used famine pad in the bag that holds the hair dryer. When my wife opened the bag to use the hair dryer, the smell was terrible. Had she turned on the dryer, the entire hotel would have smelled like fried catfish. The staff was horrified and apologetic when we reported the issue. I made a last minute reservation for Christmas Eve. The place was very quiet, front desk check-in was smooth. The room was really nice - I wish I'd known about the kitchen facilities available during previous stays in the area. The breakfast was better than others I've had at surrounding properties.

Absolutely love staying here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is usually pretty easy. The garage right across from the hotel is used by other businesses so there are busy times, and parking can be tough. My room is always clean. The breakfast is great. I look forward to it when I’m there!

Incredibly well run hotel. Friendly staff, great amenities, well cleaned, comfortable beds and peaceful both in room and in common spaces. Best hotel I've ever stayed in this price range. Will return on future visits.

Our room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We did not get a true suite, but it was roomy enough and the curtain between the couch and beds helped the kids get to sleep while I stayed up a little longer. My kids were also thrilled with the pool. The hotel provided an awesome breakfast with plenty of options, including waffles, oatmeal, and warm breakfast sandwiches. Very friendly and helpful staff. We loved our stay and we felt very safe. Our rooms smelled lovely and very clean. Everyone was very nice. I already booked again this summer because we loved our stay. This was actually one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

I stay here about once a year when visiting family in the area, it has been about 6 times now and except for one horrific experience (with an inept desk clerk) last here I have been well pleased.

Nice place and very comfortable. Refrigerator was junk, and wasn’t happy with the TV channels. But the towels and soaps provided were great. Easy parking. Overall place was awesome.

My husband was a patient at Riverside Hospital while I stayed at TownPlace Suites. My favorite clothing store, Talbots, is across the street. There is Whole Foods, a bakery, Athleta, and other fine stores and restaurants. It takes 8 minutes to drive to Riverside. I feel very safe in this area of Columbus.
